The Plumbing Division issues plumbing permits and associated inspections. With the exception of minor repair work required for proper maintenance of an existing installation (i.e., changing washers, etc.) or removal of stoppages, all plumbing work done in the City of Sheboygan must be performed under an issued plumbing permit. Only a Master Plumber who is licensed by the State of Wisconsin may obtain a plumbing permit.
