By Adam Grandlic – Firefighter/Paramedic
The Sheboygan Firefighters would like to thank YOU Sheboygan for helping us achieve what we thought we never would. We have been fundraising for the Muscular Dystrophy Association for years, and we have always been in the top 5 fundraising fire departments in the state. This year with your support we have moved to #1 in Wisconsin and #5 in the United States for MDA Fill the Boot fundraising. In total we raised $40,145.51 to be donated to Muscular Dystrophy research. We were supported greatly by our Sheboygan Fire Department staff and City of Sheboygan leadership. A huge shoutout goes to 3 Sheeps Brewing Company for their support and contributions with their “Stay Golden” beer sales and hosting our Pints for a Purpose Event. Also the Culver’s locations within the city for donating 10% of their proceeds for a day to our campaign. Our largest contributors were the residents and visitors of Sheboygan, and we could not thank you enough!
