The City of Sheboygan operates its programs and services without regard to race, color, national origin, sex, disability, or age in accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and other state and federal laws. If you believe you have been subjected to discrimination in violation of state or federal law, you may file a written complaint with the City. Depending on the nature of your claim, you may also be able to file a complaint with a state or federal agency or with a state or federal court. If the complainant is unable to write a complaint, a representative of the complainant may file the complaint on the complainant’s behalf. Complaints must be filed within 180 calendar days of the alleged incident.
