North 10th Street will be closed between Wisconsin Avenue and New York Avenue from Wednesday, December 4, 2019 through Wednesday, December 11, 2029 for utility construction. Detours will be in place as follows:
From the North:
- East on Wisconsin Avenue to North 9th Street
- South on North 9th Street to New York Avenue
- West on New York Avenue back to North 10th Street
From the South:
- East on New York Avenue to North 9th Street
- North on North 9th Street to Wisconsin Avenue
- West on Wisconsin Avenue back to North 10th Street
